Tripadvisor has also awarded the hotel a GreenLeaders Bronze award for their energy saving and green practices which is a focus for many Melia hotels. The positive reviews are all about the excellent customer service and clean rooms. Lots of guests have talked about making sure to upgrade to a seaview room which can make a lot of difference to your experience at the hotel, and there are some really great comments about the rooftop pool.
