Does on the beach include transfers?
On The Beach doesn't include transfers as standard, however, they can be added on for an additional cost. Transfers can include coach transfers which stop at a number of hotels, or private transfers which will take you from the airport directly to your hotel.
How do I book seatch with On The Beach?
To book your flight seats, once you've booked your holiday, simply log into the 'Manage My Booking' section on their website at onthebeach.co.uk, then go to the 'Flights' section and complete the details as necessary.
How much does it cost to change a name?
You may be able to change a name on your holiday booking with On The Beach, however, this can vary depending on availability and significance of the change. Log on to the On The Beach 'Manage My Booking' section on their website and see how much it would be to change the name on your specific booking.
What if I miss a payment?
If you miss a payment, you have broken the terms of the contract so you may have your holiday cancelled. If you think you will miss a payment, please contact On The Beach directly and as soon as possible to discuss your options.
