Located in the western town of Port des Torrent, the Holiday Village Seaview Ibiza (also known as the Sirenis Seaview Country Club) is a hugely popular holiday resort for families on vacation. Being close to the beach means being able to spend fun on the sand, while the in-resort Sirenis Aquagames Waterpark is the perfect way to spend a more action packed day in the sunshine. As with all First Choice Holiday Villages, the resort is an all-inclusive resort with buffet style dining at the La Marina restaurant.
With a whole host of activities and facilities to keep everyone entertained, the Holiday Village is perfect for your next family holiday. Three swimming pools, including an infinity pool and children's pool, and the all important Sirenis Aquagames Waterpark, pool fun is a given. Make sure you try the various slides and water chutes on offer.
There's also a kids club to keep the little ones busy while you enjoy the peace and quiet. It's split into two clubs, the HV Club for 3-8 year olds and HV Crew for 9-15 year olds. And if they need a little screen time, WiFi is available free of charge in certain public areas of the hotel.
As evening comes around, you can choose from three restaurants (two of which can only be visited once a week), however, the buffet restaurant features theme nights and Sunday roasts to allow for lots of variation each day. There's even a special kids buffet section, another great reason to choose Holiday Village in Cala'n Bosch, just one of First Choice Holiday's all-inclusive resorts in Menorca. Why not end the evening enjoying the shows put on by the resort entertainment team.
The distance from the Holiday Village Ibiza to the airport is 20km and about a 30 minute coach transfer. The hotel is also just 4km from the lively resort of San Antonio so a night out on the town or a simple meal out is easy to enjoy too.
Holiday Village Ibiza Room Types
There are a number of room types available at this HV to suit your budget and your needs. Adapted and accessible family rooms are also available on request for guests who have mobility issues. You can also book direct on the Sirenis website for hotel only stays if you want to organise your flights separately.
Family Room
Family rooms are more like suites, with a separate bedroom area with twin beds, while the living room area has two pull out sofa beds for children. These rooms have a small kitchenette which include a microwave, small hob, fridge and sink so that if you don't fancy maximising the all-inclusive option, you can still enjoy making the odd meal or two in the comfort of your room. These room types also have either a balcony or terrace.
An upgrade option are the family rooms with sea view. Offering the same facilities as standard family rooms, these are ideal if you like to spend time on your own balcony instead of by the pool.
The Family Swim Up Rooms are situated in Sunflower House and offer families to enjoy direct access to a shared swimming pool. Featuring a lounge area with kitchenette, private bathroom and air conditioning, these rooms can comfortably sleep a family of four. It's also worth noting that only guests staying in swim up rooms can use this pool.
The Swim Up Deluxe Family Rooms are an ideal upgrade for those looking to treat the family on holiday. Located in the Hibiscus House building which overlooks one of the pools, these deluxe swim up rooms are modern and stylish, and have a terrace and access to a shared infinity pool which offer beautiful views out to the Mediterranean. Perfect for enjoying an Ibiza sunset in style. All family rooms sleep up to four with a sliding partition between the main bedroom area and the living area with sofa bed.
One bedroom apartments at the Holiday Village also sleep up to four people with a separate twin bedroom plus a pull-out bed and sofa bed in the living area. The separate spaces mean minimal bickering for families and feature two flatscreen TVs to prevent any arguments. The resort is all inclusive but one bed apartments do have a small kitchen if you need it.
You can also upgrade to a sea view, one bed apartment for a little treat. It's got all the same features and facilities as the standard apartment but enjoys views out to the Med.
Often known by its other hotel name, the Sirenis Seaview Country Club Hotel, the Holiday Village Seaview Resort can also be booked directly with the resort as accommodation only, via the hotel's official website or app. Some holiday providers such as Jet2 Holidays, Love Holidays and Thomas Cook also offer this. Check out the latest package holiday deals below. Holiday prices start from less than £400 per person, particularly from October during the low season when the weather gets a little colder (but temperatures still in the late teens). Be sure to check out last minute deals too.
You should also note that free child places for 2023 holidays may also be available at this Holiday Village.

As an all-inclusive resort, there is so much on offer with a kids club and entertainment programme too. The Sirenis water park is definitely one of the main attractions and what brings back holidaymakers year after year. Other activities on offer include archery, playgrounds, a high ropes aerial adventure, tennis and three academies (at additional charge). The children's academies are a great way to let them learn a new skill or improve what they already know at swimming, football academy or on stage. There is a gym, sauna and jacuzzi indoors and reserved for adults only too.
The on-site creche is perfect for dropping of the little ones for a couple of hours with UK level 3 qualified staff. The First Choice Kids' Club is designed for the 3-15 year olds (split into two age groups), while Escape, the group for teenagers offers a variety of fun and action packed activities too.
There are three swimming pools within the resort, including an infinity pool with sea views. It's worth noting that, similar to most Ibiza hotels, the swimming pools at HV Ibiza are not heated so will be colder outside of summer months. You also have access to the Sirenis Aquagames water park which is open six days a week and offers a day of water slides and plenty of fun. Pool towels can be hired from the hotel for a €10 per towel refundable deposit. The water park is shared with next door's TUI Family Life Sirenis Club Aura hotel.
Food & Drink
An all inclusive holiday means not having to worry paying for and organising your meals. You can grab snacks throughout the day at La Palmera snack bar. Main meals are served at the buffet style La Marina Restaurant which caters well for the kids too with a specific children's buffet section. There are three other main "themed" restaurants which can be visited up to twice per week during your stay, including the SunSet grill, a favourite amongst guests:
Cinecittà - An Italian themed restaurant
Big Wave - Serving American Diner style food
SunSet Beach - A grill style restaurant
Open in the summer season, the pool bar, Es Pins, is available for drinks in the pool area, while the Nautilus pub is an adults only bar with an indoor entertainment area. There's also a sports bar to catch the latest games.
Things to Do Near Holiday Village Ibiza
With so much on offer, it's likely you won't want to leave the resort, however, HV Seaview is in a great location on Ibiza and there is lots of things to do near the hotel. Right outside the resort is the beautiful, sheltered, sandy cove beach of Port des Torrent, with its idyllic, turquoise blue waters to be enjoyed. Why not try your hand at scuba diving at the local centre, enjoy a bite to eat in one of the local restaurants, or simply enjoy some fun, family time on the beach.
A 20 minute drive or 60 minute walk from the Holiday Village is the popular resort of Sant Antoni de Portmany, better known as San Antonio. You can also pick up a taxi boat from the other side of the bay to San Antonio. This lively seaside town is a great place to explore with plenty of restaurants and bars to enjoy if you ever get bored of the meal selection at the hotel. Well known for it's party scene, San Antonio has become a mecca for clubbers looking to party all night and enjoy one of the famous Ibiza sunsets.
Excursions can be organised through your in-resort rep while you're on holiday. Activities and trips range from trying out watersports on the beach, to boat trips to nearby islands.
