TUI SUNEO Estival (also known as the Estival Park Marena) is a popular choice for families visiting Spain's Costa Dorada, particularly those booking through TUI and looking for a straightforward, half-board or all-inclusive beach holiday. It's a large, lively hotel where the focus is very much on keeping guests entertained on-site, rather than offering a quiet or luxurious retreat.
If you're considering this hotel, the most important thing to understand is what kind of experience it offers. TUI SUNEO Estival is designed to be accessible, good value, and easy, with pools, entertainment, and food all in one place. That makes it appealing for families, but less so for couples or travellers who want a more relaxed, refined atmosphere.
Where this hotel works well is removing friction from the holiday. You don't need to plan much once you arrive, and most guests spend the majority of their time in and around the resort. However, that also means it's not the best choice if you want to most of your time outside of the resort.
This is a budget friendly option which offers a little bit of everything. Don't expect 5-start luxury, but you still can expect a decent standard of accommodation. The hotel is fairly well located too. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and the waterpark. We like this for a cheap family holiday (as long as you upgrade to a duplex twin room).
