Rooms
There are a couple of room types at the hotel, from standard twin rooms up to family rooms and private lodges all with either a balcony or terrace. Twin/Double Room
Twin/double rooms are the lead in room type and can sleep up to three people, with the third on an extra bed. These rooms enjoy air conditioning in the summer, as well as ceiling fan, TV, and either a balcony or terrace, plus private bathroom.
A lovely upgrade if you're looking to treat yourself, the twin or double sea view room has everything you need with room facilities including air conditioning and TV, as well as that all important view of the sea, when you just want to sit on your balcony and enjoy the scenery.
For those who like a bit of extra space, especially if you're with your family, the one bedroom family rooms can sleep up to four people with a separate bedroom with double bed and pull out sofa bed which can sleep two.
Suites in the Private Lodge provide more space and are for adults only, so if you fancy more of a grown up holiday, this could be the best rooms for you. Most junior suites have side sea views and can sleep up to three adults.
Although other tour operators and travel agents like Expedia, Love Holidays, On The Beach and HolidayCheck offer bookings, you should definitely take a look at First Choice and TUI directly for their package holiday deals. Free child places are sometimes available here and you can occasionally take advantage of discount codes only available when you book direct. As a big family resort, months like July and August during the school holidays can get very busy and prices can go up, so if you want to save money and can, try other times of the year outside of holidays. Winter is another great time to visit. When the weather is cold and dreary in the UK, Jandia is the perfect place to enjoy some winter sunshine and there are some great deals to be had, although Christmas can be busy too.

There are six pools here, including a splash park for kids, a semi Olympic pool (an activity pool perfect for those morning laps) and the over 18s naturist pool, hidden away in a corner of the resort. Pool towels are provided. The activity pool close to the Magic Radio hut is also a heated pool which can be ideal in the sunny winter months.

If you love a large and varied entertainment programme, you'll love this Magic Life resort. From kids' clubs and karaoke to magicians and an adult only chill out zone, it's hard to be bored here. Things to Do
The resort is situated on a quiet stretch of beach near Esquinzo, along with a number of other self-contained hotel resorts like the Royal Palm Resort and Spa and the Fuerteventura Princess. You'll love it here if you prefer to head to a resort, check-in and spend all your time within the complex, enjoying the pools, making use of the fitness facilities, and dining in the hotel restaurants, but there are still some great things to do near here.
Beach
The resort is located on Playa de Esquinzo beach and if you ever fancy a change from the poolside views, head out of the complex and down to the beach where you can enjoy the famous turquoise waters of Fuerteventura.
Morro Jable
Morro Jable is the largest town in the area. While still quite small in comparison to Corralejo, there are bars and restaurants to enjoy, especially along the promenade at Playa Morro Jable. The port and marina has ferry services to Las Palmas and Santa Cruz de Tenerife and if you're booked on a sailing excursion, you'll likely pick it up from here.
Excursions
Once you arrive in resort, you will have the option of booking onto a number of excursions, including trips to Corralejo, or to Jandia Playa. There are a number of boat trips available from here too which you can pre-book before you travel including sailing and dolphin spotting tours.
Sports
Fuerteventura is famous for it's windy weather which is why kitesurfing and windsurfing are so popular here. If you love a bit of adventure, you should definitely try out one of these while you're in Spain. If you prefer to stay on dry land, the 18-hole Jandia Golf Course is a short drive away, where you can hire clubs or just practice your swing in the driving range.

Getting Here
Located at the very southern end of the island in Esquinzo, near Jandia and Morro Jable, the resort is self contained and on Playa de Esquinzo beach. The nearest large town (with much in the way of bars and restaurants) is Morro Jable, about a 10-15 drive. The distance from the airport is approx. 80km, with a coach transfer time of around 80-90 minutes, while a taxi service or if hiring a car, will take around an hour.
Transport
A prebooked airport coach transfer may be the best way to get to the hotel. If booking directly with TUI, this should be included in the price of your holiday. There are bus services that run along the coast, however these are infrequent and the stop is a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. Car hire may be a better option for you if you want to explore the island which you can organise at the airport, or better in advance for the best rates. Parking is available at the hotel.
Naturist Zone
Tucked away in one of the corners of the resort is the naturist area, an adults only area where guests can enjoy a quiet space in the sunshine. This area, close to the wellness centre has a pool and sunbeds too.

Many of the positive comments on forums were about the facilities on offer, the staff and the implementation of coronavirus Covid-19 measures to ensure the safety of customers, such as wearing face masks in indoor public areas. One of the key downsides is the location and distance from the airport, but then that's what people come for, to enjoy being a bit further away from the crowds.
