With a flight time of less than 8 hours, you can enjoy a weekend break in New York so easily. Orlando, USA
Virgin Atlantic flies several times a week, direct from Edinburgh to Orlando, making it easy to get to the infamous Florida theme parks and enjoy some important, quality family time together. Indirect flights can be cheaper although do take longer with stops in London, New York or Washington DC. However you choose to travel, always make sure your package holiday is ATOL protected.
Cancun, Mexico
TUI has previously offered direct holidays from Edinburgh airport to Cancun, however, at the time of writing, it's only connecting flights that are possible. Travel with United Airlines, British Airways, Air France and several others to this truly stunning destination to enjoy tropical beaches, all inclusive resorts and much more.

If you need to get to the airport on a budget, it's not a problem. Easy access public transport provides round the clock options from Edinburgh city centre before you head away.

Think the airport is too small to have many shops and restaurants? Think again. With a range of shops from Superdrug to Next and a whole bunch of cafes and restaurants including Yo!
