TUI offers weekly seasonal flights from Aberdeen to Dalaman, allowing you to escape to the sunshine on a package holiday.
Weekly flights with TUI means you can get away on a budget even in winter, with direct flights to Tenerife, the largest of the Canary Islands. The beaches of Costa Adeje and Playa de las Americas are most popular but quieter resorts like the Golf del Sur provide plenty of accommodation options too.
Rhodes is an excellent option for a summer holiday and TUI Airways offers flights (and package holidays) to the island during the Summer season from May to September.

There are a number of airlines you can fly with from Aberdeen, ranging from low cost airlines like Wizzair, easyJet and Ryanair, through to scheduled airlines like British Airways, Loganair, KLM and SAS. Holiday companies like TUI also offer a wonderful range of beach destinations in Europe, mainly during the summer months between April and October.
British Airways flies to a number of places, however, the best option is to London Heathrow where you can connect onto a range of longhaul destinations with BA such as North America, the Caribbean and the Middle East.
The main tour operator from Aberdeen is TUI Holidays, however, there are several travel agents and tour operators who can book packages which include flights and hotels from this area of Scotland.
If it's a beach holiday you're after, TUI Holidays is the ideal option. Booking your hotel and flight together as an ATOL protected package holiday can mean you're financially protected, without needing to worry about all the details. Destinations like Tenerife, Dalaman and Majorca are available as part of package holidays from Aberdeen.
Although you can't book package holidays with Ryanair, you can book Ryanair flights to the likes of the Algarve and Malaga, and add on your accommodation separately, or alternative book Ryanair packages with tour operators such as Expedia or Love Holidays.

Most of the big beach destinations like Spain, Portugal, Greece and Turkey have plenty of family friendly hotels and resorts to try out. Look for kids' clubs and good reviews on TripAdvisor.

About Aberdeen Airport
The closest train station to Aberdeen International Airport is Dyce which has direct bus links to the airport. For more convenience, you might prefer to jump in a taxi for the two mile journey. The Jet Service 727 is the direct bus service between the airport and Aberdeen city centre (Union Square). The journey takes between 30 and 45 minutes depending on the time of day. If driving, there are several car parks, both long stay and short stay, that you can book into. Priority parking is also available which is the closest to the terminal building.
In The Terminal
Once you're through security and into the departure lounge, shops include Boots, WHSmith and World Duty Free, and if you're after some food or drink, there's a Costa Coffee and a couple of pub and kitchen style restaurants too. There are two airport lounges here, the Northern Lights Executive Lounge which can be booked in advance and provides a calming experience with complimentary drinks and snacks, or if you're travelling Business Class with British Airways, the British Airways Lounge is available to use too.
There are a couple of airport hotels here which are close to the terminal. The closest are the Crowne Plaza hotel, Holiday Inn Express and the Leonardo Inn Hotel. You can walk from these hotels to the airport terminal which takes around 10-15 minutes and is covered for most of the way.
