Most of these hotels are over 18 only but there may be one or two which allow over 16s if you have older teenagers. Keep an eye out for hotels with a dedicated area for adults, as these may be large family friendly resorts. If it's a true adults only escape, be sure to book a dedicated adults only hotel.
