Tenerife really does have something for everyone, so you'll want to work out where to stay depending on what you're after. The busier resorts of Los Cristianos and Las Americas offer a range of different hotels right in the heart of it, perfect if you like nightlife or want to be surrounded by lots to do.
Head slightly up the coast to the Costa Adeje for some fantastic resorts close to the beach, while if it's a quieter break you want, head to one of Tenerife's smaller resorts, perhaps on the Golf del Sur near the airport or to the north of the island where you can find quieter hotels like the Melia Hacienda del Conde.
