Jet2 free child places are an excellent way to save money on your next family holiday in 2024/2025. Whether you're after an all inclusive holiday in summer, or cheeky short break in the sun in winter, Jet2holidays have various deals on offer to help you get away and make the most of your holiday budget. They've already started releasing places for Jet2 holidays and they fly from many UK airports including Belfast, Manchester and Glasgow, so the best time to book is ASAP to ensure you get the free child place before they all go.
As with most holiday offers, there are a few rules and restrictions you have to adhere to and hotels have differing policies. You can find Jet2's free child place terms and conditions here. As with most free kids' place deals, it's one free child travelling for every two adults travelling. For the offer, the child will receive for free the flight (including taxes), one piece of checked-in luggage, in-resort coach transfer and a bed in the selected accommodation. Extras such as inflight meals and extra legroom seats will be charged at the standard rate. Some Jet2 villa holidays are also included within the promotion, and as such, the offer is limited to one free child per villa.
For holidays with a deposit option, the free child space will be charged the applicable deposit rate (the same as the adults), however, at the time of paying the final balance, the free child deposit will be deducted from the final balance of the holiday. If the holiday is cancelled by yourself, there is a £60 charge payable for the child, in addition to any standard cancellation charges.

All Inclusive Holidays
Even with Jet2holidays all inclusive free child places are available at certain hotels, which is a fantastic way to make the most of your holiday budget, knowing that everything is included, from breakfast to after dinner drinks and everything inbetween (including ice creams and snacks!) While it is nice to head out of the hotel and explore the local restaurants, it's perfect if you are trying to stick to a budget for your holiday.
The all inclusive kids stay free offer is only available at certain hotels, so you're encouraged to book early to avoid disappointment, particularly for popular family holiday destinations like Portugal, Greece, Turkey and Cyprus. Many family friendly hotels also now have a special children's buffet section within the main restaurant too, with favourites like pasta and chips, as well as healthy food options too.

Jet2holidays With Infants
While a free kids place can depend on the child age, infants go free with Jet2holidays within certain terms and conditions. An infant is classed as a child under the age of two. They must still be under two years old on the return journey to qualify as an infant. Infants do not usually require seats and sit on a parent/guardian's lap during the flight, so this is free.
Infants do not have their own hand luggage on Jet2 flights, however, car seats and travel cots can be taken extra by the parents free of charge if they don't go over 10kg (combined weight if carrying both). Anything over 10kg will be charged at standard excess luggage rates. This is based on each piece of luggage, not per person.
Transfers will be free for infants too, however, like with onboard the aircraft, the infant will need to be on someones lap. Once at the hotel, a travel cot and other infant supplies/amenties may be charged extra. Please check when booking as to what is included at the hotel for your family.
