Getting to, from and around Playa De La Arena
From Tenerife airport, it's roughly a 45 minute drive up the coast to Playa de La Arena and will cost around €60 in a taxi. A prebooked shuttle will take around 60-75 minutes and cost between €5-15 per person. Public transport is possible by taking the bus from the airport to Los Cristianos and changing.
Once in Playa de La Arena, walking around the town and nearby villages is relatively easy but to visit other areas of Tenerife, you should look at hiring a car. The bus will take you down toPlaya De Las Americas in about an hour but they aren't too frequent.
